Physical Products:

An order or portion of an order can be cancelled up until the time the item is shipped an no longer in our warehouse. If the cancelled item was a special order, a 25% return fee may apply.

Please contact us to arrange for any returns. Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt. All parts and items under $7.00 are non-returnable. Items that are being returned must be resell-able in order to receive refund credit. We are unable to take back used items. We reserve the right to deny/refuse returns if we find that the part has been used or damaged.
